I transitioned from Sales to lead the Digital Transformation of America's Sales Operations. Returning to the UK, I now lead Ansell Services. Throughout my career, Ansell has opened doors to continuously greater opportunities.

Working closely with marketing & sales over the next 3 years helped open doors to NA marketing, allowing me to gain the skillset required for a global role. In 2021, I joined the HyFlex team, and earned the position of GPPM HyFlex Cut.
